2. Products and Digital Goods

Digital products (templates, guides, eBooks) are delivered electronically upon purchase. Purchases are processed by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment processing, tax collection, and compliance.

3. API Services

API access is provided on a subscription basis. Free tiers are available without payment. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar.sh. Rate limits apply per plan.

4. Refund Policy

All digital products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. API subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a license to use digital products for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products. Templates may be customized and used in your business without attribution.

6. API Usage

You agree to use APIs within the rate limits of your subscription plan. Excessive usage, abuse, or use for illegal purposes will result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that compliance templates will result in certification, or that API services will have 100% uptime. Use products as a starting point and seek professional advice where appropriate.
